1459 Building: Completely finished with gate.

1400: old fence removed, new vinyl installed, needs gate.

1404: old fence removed, new vinyl installed, needs gate.

1408: old fence removed, new vinyl almost done being installed, needs gate.

1412: old fence removed, new vinyl almost done being installed, needs gate.

1416: removal of old fence will be started tomorrow 3/19/14.
