    The 2015 Painting Project will be starting on Monday March 2, 2015. Notices have been posted. Please make sure to call Natalie at our office 909-980-4059 to report your front door and gate color selections. Please note: you will receive a high pressure washing start notice.

  • Carefree Azusa Fences

    307 Indian Dunes (Front 13′ fence) and 321-327 Cherry Hills (Front 6′ divider fence): will be started tomorrow 1/28/15. We will remove the existing wooden fences and replace with Hardi panel cement fencing. This project is estimated to take 2-3 days to complete.

  • Carefree Azusa update

    The fencing in this phase of the project have been installed. We will be painting the new fences today and then we will be done.

    We have finished the removal and replacement of damaged wood for this project phase.

    Today we are spraying the eaves in the pool area and painting the trim on the out building on the East side by the entrance. The west side out building is done. We should be finishing up all of the out buildings tomorrow. We will be posting a notice for front doors shortly.
